Animals and Bees Print

The keeping of certain animals and bees is governed by Franklin District Council by-laws. The zone that you live in (i.e. rural or urban zone) and the zone rules in our District Plan will also affect how and how many of certain animals you can keep. Read this section of the website to learn more, or look at our District Plan and our by-laws.
