Commercial operators wanting to set up a street stall need a licence, this is available from Council or you can down load it at the bottom of this page. Non-profit community groups wanting to sell raffle tickets or set up a stall for fund-raising are required to complete a permit form, which is available at Council offices or you can download it at the bottom of this page.

Permission of the retailers in the vicinity of the proposed stall is also required.
