North Pukekohe Hill Structure Plan
The Franklin District Plan became operative on 29 February 2000 except for the area of the Tutaenui (North Pukekohe Hill) Catchment area.
This plan change/variation makes changes to the non-operative provisions for this area via Variation 6 as required by an Environment Court Consent Order in response to appeals, together with consequential changes to the Operative District Plan via Change 7.
It results in the reduction in the size of the Special Policy Area, and makes provision for a mix of residential, rural-residential and rural activities.
