Summary
This Bylaw outlines the care and control of dogs in the Franklin District.
This Bylaw was passed prior to the enactment of the Building Act 1991, and the provisions of this Bylaw, must therefore be used with caution. In the event of a conflict between this Bylaw and the Building Act, the building Act shall prevail.
NOTE:
Compliance with this Bylaw does not remove the need to comply with any other relevant legislation, District Plan provisions, Regional Plans and Regional Policy Statements.
