Summary

This Bylaw stipulates rules, permitted activities, fees and means of application for cemeteries within the Franklin District.


NOTE:
Compliance with this Bylaw does not remove the need to comply with any other relevant legislation, District Plan provisions, Regional Plans and Regional Policy Statements.
