Summary

The Franklin District Council has developed a Food Hygiene Bylaw in response to non-compliance by certain food premises to Food Hygiene Regulations 1974.


NOTE:
Compliance with this Bylaw does not remove the need to comply with any other relevant legislation, District Plan provisions, Regional Plans and Regional Policy Statements.
