Summary
The proposed Bylaw contains a number of general provisions designed to minimise public safety and nuisance issues in the District’s public places. It also contains general provisions relating to the damage to, and obstruction of, public places, and general clauses setting out requirements relating to vehicular crossings, road and building identification, and projections onto public places.
NOTE:
Compliance with this Bylaw does not remove the need to comply with any other relevant legislation, District Plan provisions, Regional Plans and Regional Policy Statements.
