The Rural Plan Change, formally known as Plan Change 14, is a comprehensive replacement of the existing sections relating to rural areas in the Operative District Plan. The management of growth and its impact on the rural and coastal environments in Franklin is to be governed by the Rural Plan Change. To learn more visit the following pages:
