Planning Reports
Planning reports were prepared under Section 42A of the Resource Management Act 1991 to assist the Hearings Panel with the consideration of submissions on the proposed Rural Plan Change. Submitters had an opportunity to be heard in support of their own submission. The Hearings Panel comprised of 3 independant commissioners and on Councillor and was chaired by Dorothy Wakeling.
The other commissioners were:
- Graham Peach
- Brian Hosking
- Lucie Rutherfurd
