The Franklin District Council has received an application for the following resource consent:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1 DP 45339 (CT NA49A/323) and Lot 2 DP 45339 (CT NA49A/324)

APPLICATION: Subdivision consent to create six Non-Complying rural lots from two existing Certificates of title, and Land Use consent to import 6000m3 of cleanfill and undertake earthworks within 30 metres of a watercourse.

Any submission must be dated, signed and be on the prescribed form available from Council.
